Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We are currently shipping to Canada and the United States.
How do I track my order?
We have provided you with a tracking number in your emails, if you have not received a tracking number please send us your email with your order number and one of our friendly team members from Lumen Eyes will get back to you within 24 hours.
I have put the wrong address for my order, what do I do?
If you have accidentally put in the wrong postal address, please contact our team via email on enquires@lumeneyesbeauty.com immediately to see what we can do to help resolve that problem.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Card, Afterpay, Google Pay, Paypal & Shop Pay
Can I make changes to an order?
Once your order has been placed, we unfortunately can not make any changes to your order.
How many times can I reuse Lumen Eyes strip lashes?
Our lashes are reusable up to 25-30 times with the right care and maintenance.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel your order after placing the order please email enquires@lumeneyesbeauty.com immediately. As a brand that tries our best to get the products out to our customers as soon as possible, once orders are shipped and dispatched we can not cancel the order. Therefore order cancellation is not guaranteed but you can still reach out to us via email to notify us ASAP.
My order arrived faulty/damaged
We apologise in advance for any damages/faults. In order for our team to rectify this, please send images to enquiries@lumeneyesbeauty.com with the subject 'FAULTY/DAMAGED' via email.
